Account and Data Deletion Request

This page provides instructions and a web-based mechanism for users of Football Stats (Package: com.tugsah.footballpredictor) to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data in full compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies.

Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Instant)

If you have the app installed on your device, you can delete your account immediately without waiting:

  1. Open the Football Stats app.
  2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the bottom menu or top right).
  3. Scroll down to the Account section.
  4. Tap Delete Account (Hesabı Sil) and confirm.

Your authentication record in Firebase Auth and your user document in Cloud Firestore will be permanently deleted on the spot.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request (If App is Uninstalled)

If you have uninstalled the application or no longer have access to your mobile device, submit your request using the form below or contact us via email:

✅ Your deletion request has been prepared! An email confirmation draft will open. Please send it to complete the request, or email us directly at info@intelijans.com. Requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Types of Data That Will Be Deleted

Data Retention Period & Exceptions

Upon receipt of your request, account deletion is processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Financial/Billing Exception: If you made in-app purchases or subscriptions, basic anonymized purchase receipt tokens may be retained by Google Play Store and RevenueCat strictly as necessary to comply with financial reporting, taxation laws, and anti-fraud regulations. No financial information (e.g. credit cards) is stored on our servers.
